How to make/use soursop tea

Boil 1 liter of water in a open vessel, then take 7 soursop leaves( cut into small pieces ), half tea spoon of soursop stemp power and 1 small stem and put into the boiling water then continue to boil the water on small flame for 30 min., until the water evaporates to 600 ml . Now the soursop tea is ready to drink.

Drink 1 cup (200ml) filtered soursop tea after cooling or warm, 3 times every day, in the morning, afternoon and in the night. For better taste you can add few drops of Lemon juice and one spoon of honey.

Note: every time you drink soursop tea see that 30 mins. before and after, you dont take any other food.

IMPORTANT NOTE :
suggested supplements/use with soursop tea :

Take supplement which are probiotic, such as yogurt or butter milk daily.
Reduce the dossage in consultation with the Doctor if you are pregnant, lactating or have low blood pressure.
